Collaborator Role
Help us bring the energy and momentum behind the scenes.
Collaborators are event participants who contribute to the experience by supporting promotion, assisting with logistics before and after the event, and showing up with enthusiasm and intention. This role is a great fit for someone who is invested in authentic connection, passionate about empowering others, and excited to be part of a purpose-driven event.
Includes:
Discounted vendor table
Exclusive pre-event planning call with Rachelle and fellow collaborators
Recognition during the event welcome as a Collaborator
Special name tag to highlight your role
Expectations:
Share about the event at least 3 times on your personal or business social media pages before the event
Attend a short pre-event call (30 minutes)
Arrive 30 minutes early to assist with check-in and setup
Stay 30 minutes after the event to assist with cleanup
No responsibilities during the actual networking portion — you’ll have full access to participate
Invite at least one additional vendor or participant to attend the event
You may gift that guest a ticket at the lowest tier price (even if sold out)
